Episode 4: The Hmong Diaspora

In the 1960s the CIA covertly recruited tens of thousands of Hmong guerilla fighters to combat communism in southeast Asia. After the US backed out of the region these fighters and their families were abandoned by the American government and faced horrific persecution.
